On Oct. 20, Britany Beckman purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 628 Whittier St., Columbus from Lauren M. and Lauren Marie Beck for $199,000.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 17, 2012. It last sold for $85,000.

So far in October 2021, 341 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 628 Whittier St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lindsey Nicole Powers, 31, Jolene R Daugherty, 33, Jeffery L Carter, 30, and Lydia Elaine Harrison, 28.
