On Oct. 26, Paul and Elaine Olund Kroner purchased a four bedroom, one bathroom home at 4222 Delaney St., Cincinnati from Ebony Moorefield and Y Charbel Sami for $443,500.

This home last sold on June 5, 2018 for $400,000.

So far in October 2021, 464 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ebony Moorefield has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4222 Delaney St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ebony Moorefield, 57, and Sami Youssef Charbel, 67.
