The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 696 Greenwood Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Oct. 28 by Greenwood 96 LLC for $70,160. The buyer was Mod-Rs Holdings LLC.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 6, 2008. It last sold for $2,500.

So far in October 2021, 464 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 696 Greenwood Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gregory J Lynn, 68, and Cynthia Ashley Wheeler, 37.
