The last time this home sold was Dec. 1, 2021. It last sold for $90,000.

So far in December 2021, 188 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 279 Dakota Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shannon Elizabeth Noel, 29, and Clifford L Noel, 66.
