On Dec. 21, R2 Partnership LLC sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1270 Grace Ave., Cincinnati to Angela and Daniel Trey Bloomer for $995,000.

This home last sold for $270,000 on June 1, 2018.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1270 Grace Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: MacKenzie James Hinders, 31, and James Richard Foster, 92.
