Median home prices in Dublin rose to $460,000 in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Dublin rose by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $407,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Dublin in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
