Pricing for the median home in Lincoln Village increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lincoln Village rose by $11,950 while total sales increased by 24.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,950 - a 7.6% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln Village for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,007, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
