Pricing for the median home in Dublin increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Dublin rose by $111,250 while total sales increased by 48%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 145 homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,000 - a 27.6% increase over the $403,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Dublin in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
