Hilliard median home prices rose by 15.7% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Hilliard rose by $46,605 while total sales increased by 67.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 258 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $296,395 median sale price for the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Hilliard in 2020.

The median sales tax in Hilliard for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for 2021.
