2021: Upper Arlington experienced a 18.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Upper Arlington rose by $80,500 while total sales increased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 218 homes sold, with a median sale price of $519,500 - a 18.3% increase over the $439,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 206 homes sold in Upper Arlington in 2020.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for 2021.
