The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 23218 Gay St., Euclid was sold on Dec. 17 by Amato Homes I LLC for $229,900. The buyer was Herman Clay.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,716.82, 1.18% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 23 properties sold in Euclid.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Reginald Smith, 65, was the only registered voter residing at 23218 Gay St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
