In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $2,830.50, which is 1.6% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 15 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 1222 Summit St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Phyllis J Funk, 90, Elizabeth Toadvine, 27, Brian Edward Funk, 62, Lucas Irving Hammond, 32, Damon a May, 44, and James D Berling, 42.
