On Jan. 12, Lyrie Parsons purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1545 Thomas Ave., Columbus from Roxee Properties LLC for $135,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,125.50, 0.83% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 27, 2020 for $45,000.

So far in January 2022, 20 properties sold in Columbus.
