Olivia Krumwiede of Wakeman recently graduated from Ohio Farm Bureau’s AgriPOWER Class XIV. The elite leadership program was started in 2008 to help agricultural advocates gain influence over public policy issues that impact their businesses and communities.

"AgriPOWER is a valuable tool for developing leaders in the agricultural sector," said Jack Fisher, Executive Vice President of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation. "Graduates like Olivia are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a significant impact."

The program includes intensive training on various topics, including public speaking, media relations, and policy development. Participants also engage in hands-on learning experiences and networking opportunities with industry leaders.

Krumwiede expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the program. "This experience has been incredibly rewarding," she said. "I look forward to applying what I’ve learned to benefit my community and the broader agricultural industry."

The Ohio Farm Bureau's AgriPOWER program continues to be a pivotal platform for fostering leadership within the agricultural community.
