On November 18, 2024, Massie expressed gratitude towards Representative Anna Paulina Luna for her support of HR 9534. He stated, "Thank you to @RepLuna for cosponsoring HR 9534, the National Constitutional Carry Act. No one should have to beg the government to exercise a constitutionally protected right anywhere in the country."

Later that day, he addressed concerns about COVID-19 vaccination mandates. On November 18, 2024, Massie posted about his legislative efforts against these mandates: "I have a bill to stop this cruel and unscientific covid vax mandate:" accompanied by links presumably providing further information.

On November 19, 2024, Massie commented on his voting record in Congress with a focus on fiscal responsibility.
