On December 4, 2024, Massie expressed skepticism about the REAL ID program and its impact on civil liberties. He stated: "REAL ID was sold to conservatives as a way to prevent people who are here illegally from traveling or using taxpayer resources. It’s fairly obvious now that was a ploy to take more of your civil liberties. The next scam is national E-verify. Will you fall for it?"

Later that day, Massie addressed concerns regarding election results and accountability within government agencies. He tweeted: "Election results should matter. Unfortunately, unelected political hacks like the @USCBO Director often place arbitrary constraints on Congress based on grossly inaccurate projections. It's time to hold these bureaucrats accountable for their errors."

On December 6, 2024, Massie commented on an article about testing U.S. milk for bird flu virus in The New York Times. He remarked: "Buried deep in the NYT article “U.S. Milk to Be Tested for Bird Flu Virus“ are 2 facts that reveal this is a scamdemic: 'No one has yet been known to become ill from drinking raw milk,' 'The virus has now been detected in 720 herds in 15 states'"
