The NFIB Ohio PAC has declared its support for three candidates in the upcoming Ohio Supreme Court elections. The endorsed candidates are Judge Meghan Shanahan, Judge Dan Hawkins, and Justice Joe Deters.

Chris Ferruso, the NFIB Ohio State Director, stated the importance of the court for small businesses: “The Ohio Supreme Court is often the last line of defense for small businesses regarding government overreach and unfair regulations. Small business owners need a predictable, stable Supreme Court that will not legislate from the bench." He emphasized their endorsement by adding, "We proudly endorse Judges Meghan Shanahan, Dan Hawkins, and Justice Joe Deters to the Ohio Supreme Court because they have the experience needed to be fair, impartial, and disciplined Justices.”

This endorsement aligns with several other business groups such as the Ohio Business Roundtable, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and the Ohio Farm Bureau who also back these candidates.
