Rep. Jim Jordan, currently serving as the U.S. Congress representative for Ohio’s 4th district, posted a series of tweets on April 2, 2025, addressing issues related to immigration and political contributions. Jordan, who succeeded Mike Oxley in 2007, has a notable history in Ohio politics.

Jordan, born in Troy, Ohio, in 1964, has cultivated a significant political career. He began his journey in public service in the Ohio House of Representatives from 1995 to 2000, followed by the Ohio Senate from 2001 to 2006. He holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a JD from Capital University.
