Nate Like of Hamler has been selected to serve on the 2025 Ohio Farm Bureau Federation Policy Development Committee. The committee's main responsibility is to gather and arrange public policy recommendations from county Farm Bureaus across Ohio. These collected suggestions are then compiled into final policy proposals, which will be presented for a vote by Ohio Farm Bureau delegates at the state annual meeting scheduled for December.

The process allows members from local communities to have their voices heard through their county organizations, contributing directly to the policies that guide the state's largest general farm organization.
