Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) took part in a town hall event at the City Club of Cleveland, where he discussed the first eight months of the Trump administration. The discussion was moderated by NBC reporter Henry Gomez.

During the conversation, Senator Moreno spoke about various topics including legislation known as One Big Beautiful Bill and its anticipated benefits for Ohio. He also addressed President Trump's tariffs, which he said are intended to create fairer conditions for American workers. Other points included what he described as an end to six wars under President Trump’s leadership and efforts to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse in federal spending.

The town hall followed Senator Moreno’s recent tour promoting One Big Beautiful Bill, which covered eighteen counties across Ohio over three days and included twenty-one events.
