Morrow home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Morrow fell by $19,350 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,150 - a 9.7% decrease over the $199,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Morrow in April 2016.
