Franklin home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Franklin rose by $7,450 while total sales increased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,450 - a 6.8% increase over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Franklin in March 2016.
