St. Bernard home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in St. Bernard fell by $20,750 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,500 - a 22.7% decrease over the $91,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in St. Bernard in the second half of 2016.
