Dublin home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Dublin rose by $21,550 while total sales increased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $338,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Dublin in October 2016.
