Dublin home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Dublin rose by $49,000 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $341,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Dublin in May 2016.
