Mount Vernon home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Mount Vernon fell by $1,775 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,225 - a 1.8% decrease over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mount Vernon in February 2016.
