Median home prices in Mentor rose to $213,000 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Mentor rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 34.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $194,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Mentor in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Mentor for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,986, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
