The third quarter of 2021: Blanchester experienced a 0.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Blanchester fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Blanchester in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Blanchester for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,008, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
