The fourth quarter of 2021: Five Points experienced a 14.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Five Points rose by $48,825 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,325 - a 14.5% increase over the $337,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Five Points in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
