Deerfield Township median home prices rose by 8.8% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Deerfield Township rose by $28,700 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 213 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $326,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 179 homes sold in Deerfield Township in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Deerfield Township for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,564, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
