2024 Carolina St., Middletown acquired by Jennifer Jones

The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2024 Carolina St., Middletown was sold on March 7 by Barbara Sweeney (trustee) for $115,000. The buyer was Jennifer Jones.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $830.68, which is 0.72% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 23 properties sold in Middletown.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2024 Carolina St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew a Reynolds, 36, and Carol Lynn Deck, 56.
