February 2022: Maple Heights experienced a 9.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Maple Heights rose by $7,450 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,450 - a 9.9% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Maple Heights in February 2021.
