The Keep and Bear Radio podcast, hosted on Podbean and available on Apple, Google, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and other platforms, recently discussed significant legal developments in its latest episode.

In Episode 116, the podcast covered a recent ruling by the US Supreme Court which determined that courts, rather than agencies like the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), should be responsible for interpreting laws. Additionally, an Ohio court ruled that Cincinnati cannot establish its own gun laws.

Sean Maloney, a firearms attorney and co-founder of Second Call Defense, provided insights into these rulings during the episode. He also addressed questions about who is in charge of enforcing laws within the executive branch.

Listeners are encouraged to subscribe to Keep and Bear Radio to stay informed about such topics.
