Thomas Massie, a U.S. Congressman representing Kentucky's 4th district since 2012, has recently shared his views on several legislative and public health issues through social media posts. His tweets cover topics ranging from tax legislation for seniors to the approval process of COVID-19 vaccines.

On February 18, 2025, Massie expressed gratitude towards fellow Representative Abe Hamadeh for cosponsoring H.R. 1040, known as the Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act. He stated that "This bill assists middle-class seniors by eliminating the unjust double-tax on Social Security benefits."

The following day, February 19, 2025, Massie called for the revocation of FDA approval for COVID-19 vaccines. He alleged that the approval process was compromised due to political pressure. In his words, "Emails show scientists were pressured to approve them so they could be mandated." He based these claims on depositions from two witnesses involved in vaccine approval at the FDA.

Later on February 19, Massie raised questions about federal spending related to COVID-19 vaccine promotion. He highlighted a $1 billion allocation given to the CDC for a public relations campaign and queried which private entities received this funding. He asked "How much money still being spent on this?" while tagging various stakeholders including social media platforms and advertising agencies.
