Rep. Jim Jordan, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio's 4th district since 2007, recently shared his views on various topics through a series of tweets. Born in Troy, Ohio, and currently residing in Urbana, Jordan has been an active political figure since serving in the Ohio House of Representatives from 1995 to 2000 and the Ohio Senate from 2001 to 2006.

On March 4, 2025, Rep. Jim Jordan expressed his opinion regarding Merrick Garland and Chris Wray's roles in the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He stated that "Merrick Garland and Chris Wray weaponized the DOJ and FBI." He further mentioned Pam Bondi and Kash Patel as individuals working to address these issues.

Later that day, he highlighted the historical significance of the Ohio & Erie Canal. In his tweet posted at 02:53:42 UTC, he remarked on its impact on Ohio's development: "The Ohio & Erie Canal was dug by hand between the 1820s and 1830s... This year, it will celebrate its 200th anniversary."

In another tweet posted at 15:10:06 UTC on March 4, Rep. Jordan referenced a report concerning immigration policies under President Biden's administration. He noted that a new report from @JudiciaryGOP reveals insights into an 'amnesty' program: "New @JudiciaryGOP report exposes how controversial 'amnesty' program exploded under Biden."
