Thomas Massie, a U.S. Congressman representing Kentucky's 4th district since 2012, recently shared his perspectives on various legislative and geopolitical issues through a series of tweets. Massie, who has been vocal about government spending and Second Amendment rights, expressed his views on Senate votes, firearm legislation, and military engagements.

On March 14, 2025, Massie commented on a Senate vote stating: "62 to 38 in the Senate. As I predicted 3 days ago, senate democrats carried this across the finish line because it’s basically a continuation of the Schumer-Biden-Johnson 2024 omnibus. 10 senate democrats voted yes and 1 senate republican voted no (Rand Paul!)".

In another tweet dated March 15, 2025, Massie expressed gratitude towards Rep. Russ Fulcher for supporting firearm legislation: "Thank you to @RepRussFulcher for cosponsoring HR 1643, the 'Second Amendment For Every Registrable Voter Act' (SAFER Voter Act). HR 1643 repeals the federal law that prevents voting-age adults, 18 to 20, from purchasing a handgun from a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)."

On March 16, 2025, Massie addressed U.S. military activities in Yemen with concerns over defense spending: "Regarding US activity in Yemen: I recently said to watch for a new military engagement to compensate for the pull back in Ukraine. The Military Industrial Complex demands about $50 billion a year from our government, above and beyond what’s necessary to defend our own country."
