Cleves home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Cleves fell by $18,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 16.8% decrease over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cleves in December 2016.
