Lincoln Heights home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Lincoln Heights fell by $455 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,045 - a 1.3% decrease over the $35,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
