Mariemont home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mariemont rose by $52,450 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,450 - a 18.1% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mariemont in the fourth quarter of 2016.
