Golf Manor home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Golf Manor fell by $13,150 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,750 - a 13.2% decrease over the $99,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Golf Manor in the first quarter of 2016.
