Monfort Heights South home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Monfort Heights South fell by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,950 - a 6.9% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the second half of 2016.
