Seven Hills home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 5.7% increase over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Seven Hills in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
