Pepper Pike home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Pepper Pike rose by $68,500 while total sales increased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 20.7% increase over the $331,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
