Wildwood Elementary School issued the following announcement on Oct 12.
The Middletown Division of Police organized this wonderful event in memory of 4th grade student Cain Adkins. This Saturday at the city building, there will be a helmet giveaway. It's while supplies last, so get there early (9-11 AM)!
