Bexley Board of Ed. to Conduct Special Meeting

The Bexley City Schools Board of Education will meet for a special board meeting on Tuesday, March 1st at 7:30 p.m. at Bexley City Hall.

District staff will present current data and review recommendations from local, state, and national authorities on COVID-19 mitigation strategies for board discussion. At this time, it 

is anticipated that no decisions will be made regarding BCS procedures at this meeting.

A regularly scheduled board meeting will also be held on Wednesday, March 9 at 6 p.m. at Bexley City Hall. The Superintendent will provide recommendations for COVID-19 

protocols for the Board of Education’s review and consideration during this meeting.

Time will be allotted for public participation at both meetings. Per the board’s stated practice, all individuals who intend to participate in public comment must sign up prior to the 

meeting. As required by board policy on public participation, comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker.
