February 2022: Orange experienced a 24.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Orange fell by $102,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 24.6% decrease over the $417,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Orange in February 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,330, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
