Sandusky City Schools reached a contract agreement with the incoming Chief Executive Officer and Superintendent, Mr. Daniel Rambler. Mr. Rambler is currently serving as the Director of Student Services for the Akron City Schools. He will begin his official duties on August 1, 2022, but will be available to the district on a consultant basis as he begins his transition and leadership onboarding activities. He will be required to become a Sandusky resident within the next year. Mr. Rambler will be succeeding current Chief Executive Officer and Superintendent, Dr. Eugene Sanders, who signed a contract to serve as the Executive Coach and Advisor to the Board of Education from August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.
