BGSU women's golf team earns six spots on WGCA scholar list

On June 30th, the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced its 2024-2025 All-American Scholars Team. Six members of the Bowling Green State University (BGSU) Women's Golf team were recognized with All-American Scholar honors.

The criteria for this award include maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher, being an amateur, remaining on the team's roster through the end of the season, and participating in over half of the team's competitive rounds during the season.

The BGSU Women's Golf players named as WGCA All-American Scholars are:

Macie Elzinga, Freshman (1)

Ava O'Sullivan, Junior (2)

Sammie Dolce, Sophomore (2)

Clare Yeazell, Freshman (1)

Makenna Jones, Graduate Student (3)

Addison Kartusch, Freshman (1)

*The number in parentheses indicates how many years each player has received WGCA All-American Scholar honors.
