The Bowling Green State University (BGSU) Women's Golf team has announced its fall schedule for the 2025-26 season. The team will participate in four tournaments where they have previously competed, aiming to build on recent achievements.
The Falcons will begin their season at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational, hosted by Central Michigan University from August 31 to September 1. In 2024, BGSU secured a second-place finish at this event with an overall score of +52 over par.
Next, the team will compete in the Redbird Invitational in Normal, Illinois, hosted by Illinois State University on September 8 and 9. After a brief break, they are scheduled to play at the Diane Thomason Invitational in Iowa City, Iowa, organized by the University of Iowa.
The fall season will conclude at the Powercat Invitational in Manhattan, Kansas, hosted by Kansas State University on October 20 and 21. This will be BGSU’s second consecutive appearance at this tournament after finishing fifth in 2024.
Reflecting on recent progress, the BGSU Women's Golf team finished their previous season with their best result ever at the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Championships in May 2025. Additionally, during the summer three players won individual tournaments and the program received its first invitation to a postseason tournament.
